SHELF LIFE:  These are fresh chocolates with a shelf life of 3 Months from delivery is stored at 18C ambient, away from direct sun or any heat source.

• Honey & Nougat: A delicious alliance - Italian nougat and English honey united in Belgian milk chocolate.
• Chilli & Blood Orange: Citrusy orange and smooth cream meet dark chocolate with a cheeky chilli kick, in a dark chocolate shell and pure gold leaf decoration. It's inflation proof!
• Golden Blond Bombshell: Luscious gold chocolate with warm toffee and caramel notes. Hand decorated with edible gold dust.
• Highland Fling: Single malt Scottish Whisky ganache in a hand painted cream and milk chocolate shell. A sublime blend of flavours that will sweep you off your feet!
• Spiced Apple Desert: Zesty spiced green apple meets buttery caramelised chocolate - a nod to the classic apple pie.
• Arctic Strawberry: A luscious vanilla bean ganache nestled in a handmade pate de fruit - a cool classic with a touch of luxury.
• Peanut & Vanilla Caramel: A sweet, salty and totally addictive combination of flavours. Peanut butter and caramel just got an upgrade.
• Sea Buckthorn & Chilli Caramel Ganache: Tangy sea buckthorn, smooth white chocolate and a fiery chilli twist - daringly different and utterly delicious.
• Pumpkin & Cognac: Savour the delightful blend of silky pumpkin puree, warming spices, and a generous splash of cognac - all wrapped in smooth milk chocolate.

Delivery by Royal Mail 24 Tracked.  You will be emailed a Tracking Number when the chocolates are on the way.

Flavours and Ingredients:

• Salted Caramel: Dark chocolate minimum (54%) including sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Milk chocolate (33.6%), ingredients as above & whole milk powder. Butter, cream, glucose, muscovado sugar, sea salt, vanilla, sucrose.

 

• Passion Fruit and Banana Ganache:  White chocolate (28%) including whole milk powder, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Cream, butter, banana puree, passion fruit puree, glucose, edible pigments.

 

• Hazelnut Praline:  Milk chocolate (33%) including cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Ghee, ground hazelnuts, sugar, caramelised sugar, almonds, edible pigment.

 

• Minty:  Dark chocolate minimum (54%) including sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, butter, cream, fresh mint leaves, invert sugar, glucose, edible pigment.

 

• Honey & Nougat:  Milk chocolate (33%) including cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Cream, butter, sunflower seed oil, almonds, pistachios, pasteurised egg white powder, essential orange and lemon oils, hazelnuts, honey, glucose, sorbitol, edible pigment.

 

• Chilli & Blood Orange:  Dark chocolate minimum (54%) including sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Cream, sorbitol, invert sugar, glucose, chilli flakes, orange zest, chilli oil, edible pigment.

 

• Golden Blond Bombshell: Gold chocolate (30.4%) including whey powder, skimmed milk powder, caramelised sugar, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Cream, glucose, invert sugar, dextrose, edible pigment.

 

• Spiced Apple Dessert: Gold chocolate (30.4%) including whey powder, skimmed milk powder, caramelised sugar, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. White chocolate (28%) including whole milk powder, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Apple puree, glucose syrup, cream, dextrose, sorbitol, invert sugar, apple spice drops, edible pigment, pectin, citric acid.

 

• Highland Fling: Milk chocolate (33%) including cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Cream, butter, glucose, sorbitol, Single Malt Scottish Whisky (40%), edible pigment.

 

• Arctic Strawberry: White chocolate (28%) including whole milk powder, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Milk chocolate (33%) including cocoa butter, sugar. Vanilla beans, strawberry puree, butter, cream, glucose, sorbitol, invert sugar, edible pigment, pectin, citric acid.

 

• Peanut & Vanilla Cream: Milk chocolate (33%) including cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Sugar, cream, glucose, salt, peanuts, cocoa butter.

 

• Sea Buckthorn and Chilli Caramel: White chocolate (28%) including whole milk powder, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Sea buckthorn, fresh chilli, cocoa butter, glucose, citric acid.

 

• Pumpkin & Cognac: Milk chocolate (33%) including cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Pumpkin puree, cognac, cream, sugar, glucose, ground mixed spices.
