Chocolate Hearts Mixed Box

WHAT'S IN THE BOX?

In the box you will get a six or twelve box beautifully coloured all heart shaped chocolates.  Each chocolate is carefully crafted using a combination of classic and innovative chocolatier techniques.  Liza Green concentrates on creating milk and dark chocolates with unique pairings of flavours that taste sensational.  The flavours you will get in the chocolate hearts box are:

 

• Salted Caramel: Exquisite milk chocolates filled with a luscious combination of muscovado sugars, cream and Maddon sea salt flakes
• Marc de Champagne:  a delectable double cream, milk and white chocolate ganache flavoured with decadent Marc de Champagne, encased in smoothest milk chocolate

All the ingredients are fresh, locally sourced and the finest quality available.  Handmade in West Hampstead, London.

DELIVERY DATE & PACKAGE TRACKING

When you order put in the delivery date & we'll aim to get it to you as close as we can to that date.  (Leave your mobile number when you order so can track & manage your delivery.)  

If you don't specify a date we'll get it to you as soon as we can which generally means 5-7 days from order.  

We always send by either 24 or 48 Royal Mail tracked delivery.  We rely on the Royal Mail to get it right and generally they do! Put your mobile in the special box when you order and we'll send you the tracking number so you can check out where the package is.  Your mobile number is only used for delivery and never for marketing or anything else!

SHELF LIFE & USE BY DATES

We only use fresh products and do not add any artificial preservatives so the chocolates taste super fresh and look stunning.  We also make to order.  All this means the use by dates of the chocs you get will be no less than 5 to 7 days after your requested delivery date.  We find that this is not a problem as most of the chocolates disappear after a few days if not hours of delivery! But it is a fundamentally different thing to buying factory made chocolates which have super long shelf life, boosted synthetic flavourings (ugh!) and a dull sheen.

STORAGE

Store your chocolates in a cool dry place away from strong odours and direct sunlight.  You can also store your chocolates closed up in their box in the bottom of the fridge.  To appreciate the full flavour of the chocolates let them come to room temperature sealed in their box before eating.

BOX SIZE & WEIGHT - 6 choc box

6 Box dimensions:  Length; 116mm, Width; 85mm, Height; 35mm.  Net weight - excluding all packaging - per chocolate heart is 12.5 grams x 6 chocolates = 75 grams of handmade chocolate (estimated as the chocolates are hand-made and some variation just happens.)

Packaged box dimensions: Length 175mm, Width: 150mm, Height 50mm, Weight: 193 grams - way too big to fit through a letterbox unless you live in a giant's castle.  See note about tracking above! Full postal delivery box weight is around 600 grams.

12 box is a bit bigger!

In the Chocolate Hearts box you will get 6 or 12 chocolate hearts, each box will have 2 distinct, delicious flavours:

We aim to get the chocolates to you within a working week.  

Let us know when you order if you have a particular date for delivery e.g. a specific birthday date you need to meet.  

We will make every effort to meet that date or if it's not possible let you know straight away.

Delivery costs are:

• Local delivery (in the NW6 and NW3 areas):  £2.50
• Standard delivery (anywhere in the UK):  £5.45
• Free delivery for all orders over £22.00

We always use tracked next day delivery to minimise time in transit. 

All chocolates boxes are individually padded and heat protected to give them as much protection as possible during transit.

You will be emailed a Tracking Number when the chocolates are on the way and you can then arrange directly for redelivery or to deliver to another UK address if you are not in.

 

Belcolade milk chocolate minimum 33% cocoa solids (cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, emulsifier, soya lecithin (E322), natural vanilla flavouring).

Belcolade white chocolate minimum 28% cocoa solids (ingredients as above).  

Other ingredients: Maldon sea salt, muscovado sugar,  sugar, invert sugar, glucose, honey, unsalted butter, double cream, vanilla, marc de champagne (60%), edible pigment, neutral alcohol

Potential allergens are in bold.

Our chocolates are FRESH!  We use the best, finest, freshest ingredients.  We also don't fill the chocolates with stabilizers or other nasties.  The chocolates should be at their best for 6 weeks from when you recieve them.  If stored well they can last a bit longer than the "use by" but they won't be at their shiniest freshest best.  

Shelf life is maximised by storing well away from any heat or light source ideally in a cool dark room.   A wine cooler is the perfect place but any cool or non heated room will do. 

Ideally just take your chocolates out of the fridge a hour before you taste them to get the full flavours.
